Richard Poissant and Debra Neveu work together as a Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as sales associates. A resident of Belchertown, Poissant is active in the community. He is a member of The Knights of Columbus, St. Francis Parish, and has been involved with the Belchertown Family Center. Born in Canada, Poissant is fluent in French. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in finance. Richard Poissant has earned the Coldwell Banker designations of New Homes Specialist and ACCREDITED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL.

Neveu is originally from South Hadley, Mass., but she has made Granby, Mass. her home for over 20 years. She is dedicated to the local community, serving on the Granby High School Council, Parish Council of Immaculate Heart of Mary as well as teaching religious education. Neveu earned a Paralegal Degree and a Certificate from Elms College. Debra Neveu is also a Notary Public. Debra Neveu has earned the Coldwell Banker designations of Certified Negotiation Specialist, Relocation Specialist, New Homes Specialist and ACCREDITED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL.
